What is needed will come. How profound. I am standing still and taking that thought in. I am letting it sink in. I am letting it flow through me.

Often I have to catch myself from forcing an outcome. My first instinct is to try to head off adversity, stress, and worry. I think if I can work things out my way that I am being proactive. WRONG! and you know as long as I hold to that way of thinking I will always have adversity, stress and worry. LET GO AND LET GOD.

What is needed will come. Not what YOU WANT...but what is needed will come. Sometimes what we want is the thing that drives us. Drives us to offer prayers in negotiation with God rather than saying to God, guide my path. God is not a magician however magical things happen when God is sought.

As I look at what lays before me, all my fears and all my challenges in the form of bills, and not enough money and pending legal stuff and tense relationships. I am letting go and exhaling. What is needed will come.

What is needed will come.

Very good. I always feel like if you let things go and not worry or stress about it, it will work out. Getting all emotionally involved makes matters worse. I hope you keep this mindset and you will get what is needed, it will come when it is supposed to. Have a great day :)

I am terrible at this. I am completely immersed in what I want at the moment and it's bad news....not letting go at all, but I'm trying, hoping some kind of release will come.

Thanks, Babz.

Babz, this post is wonderful and much needed. You are absolutely right, we have to learn to let know and know that what we NEED will come.

I visited a new church with a friend on Sunday and that was the topic of the sermon. Divine Intervention is something else.

I have been trying to force things and move them along at my speed. So I tell the world "I hear you" and will sit back and let it happen.

Once again, we are traveling this road together at the same speed on the same path.

I hear you!

I have let go lately, and I feel much better.

Holding on to all my problems never helped them, they just seemed to get worse.

Love the post!

This is very Zen. Sometimes when it seems as if we're doing nothing, we're actually allowing things to come into our lives in their natural speed & order.

I know how easy it is to TRY to affect change, head off trouble before it arrives, & to be pro-active. Sometimes this works. Others times, too much stressing a situation ends up blocking a Life Lesson or perhaps even a Blessing that's due to us.

Feelin' this philosophy kinda strong, Sista!

when you let go and let God amazing things will start to happen... trust and believe, i know what i am talking about..just don't do what i used to do...give it to God and then go take it back from him

Hubby the other day said he wished we had more. I replied, we have what we need, a roof over our heads, food on the table, and clothes on our backs. We may not have much EXTRA but bills are being paid.

There is a big difference between WANTS and NEEDS. I thank God for providing our needs.

"What is needed will come."

You didn't even have to write the whole post, Babz. Those 5 words said it all. Really though.
