Her vocals always stand out, and her brand of soul is soooo CLASSIC and rooted in the Blues that it sounds original in this day & age. Dig her madly! I have her version of "A Time Go'n Come" on my player.

I have dug Ms. James and her music since 8 first heard her song 'Music' many years ago. Her voice is powerful but those lyrics are...my thoughts turned into words.
